The process of considering the request to extradite Chur Kin to Ukraine has been suspended until a decision is made to grant him asylum; the likelihood of extradition is low. Christian Rubilar, a lawyer for Russian citizen Igor ChurKin, whose extradition request was filed by Ukraine, asked the Argentine court to conduct the trial.
