[HIGHLIGHTS] China-Thailand visa-free and menstrual period The number of Thai tourists entering the China-Laos railway increased by 750% month-on-month

From March 1st to 31st, the agreement on mutual visa exemption for ordinary passport holders between China and Thailand came into effect. At the China-Laos border, 2,100 Thai passengers were admitted, including 629 Thai passengers at the Mohan Port.

Since this year, the station has inspected and released 12,800 people from 67 countries entering and exiting third countries, including 9,400 Thai nationals. Among people entering Thailand, the top three reasons are sightseeing and leisure, conference and business, and study.
