It will be available by the end of the year. It is expected to cost around $200,000 in the U.S. and around $300,000 worldwide. The Russian government is planning to use the tablet in its own economy. It has also planned to use it in the construction of a new nuclear power plant. The project is expected for completion by 2018. It was designed by the same company that made the tablet.
