Central Bank: foreign investors are interested in exchanging blocked assets. It was previously reported that the Russian Ministry of Finance does not discuss the exchange of frozen assets with foreign regulators.

In November, State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin noted that freezing Russian assets abroad will not affect the Russian economy. Moscow has grounds for action regarding the assets of G7 countries, according to the Duma chairman. The Central Bank of Russia announced the interest of foreign investors in the mechanism for exchanging frozen assets from type "C" accounts.
