Bulgaria will begin issuing Schengen visas to Russians in April. The waiting time in line to submit documents “will be the same as in other ScheNGen countries.” Earlier, the EU Council decided to introduce “partialSchengen” for Romania and Bulgaria from March 2024.
The consular service of the Bulgarian Embassy in Moscow and the Consulate General in St. Petersburg will handle the submission of applications for Schengan visas, the embassy said.
