Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan. Irina Volynets proposed shifting the broadcast time of television advertising for potency enhancing products to the late evening and night period - after 23:00.
In her opinion, such advertising “raises public concern” regarding the protection of children from inappropriate content. A copy of the appeal addressed to the Chairman of the State Duma Committee on State Building and Legislation, Pavel Krasheninnikov, is at RT’s disposal.
