British justice orders to delay the extradition of Julian Assange to the US on espionage charges. The court ruled that Assange could pursue his appeal in a full hearing unless the United States provided "satisfactory assurances" on the issues of whether he could rely on the First Amendment of the US Constitution and whether he can be sentenced to death.

The high court said Assange could take his appeal against extradition to the U.S. for another hearing if he was granted a new hearing in the US.
