Årbo brewery in Vimmerby was on Friday subjected to a randsomware attack. The attack means that production is at a complete standstill.

The company is now working on cleaning the computers and replacing some hardware in order to be able to start production again as soon as possible. Those affected are the brewery's customers, i.e. restaurants and restaurateurs. The infringement has been reported to the police and the Swedish Data Protection Authority. As far as he knows, CEO Henrik Dunge has not received any demands.
