Brazilian police searched the home of former President Jair Bolsonaro on Wednesday, May 3. He is suspected of falsifying certificates of anti-Covid vaccines.
His former aide-de-camp, Lieutenant Colonel Cid, was arrested. Police say there is a criminal network that allegedly inserted false vaccination data into public health systems. In particular, forged certificates were allegedly used to allow him to enter the United States, where he retreated a few days before the end of his mandate.
