Borrell denounces the West's double standards in Gaza and Ukraine: "Russia is taking advantage of our mistakes". The head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, has recognized at the Munich Security Conference that the West applies double standards.
Borrell has met, separately, with the Prime Minister of Lebanon, Najib Mikati; the Egyptian Foreign Minister, Sameh Shoukry, and Saudi Foreign Minister Farhan bin Farhan. The conference overlapped with the news of the death of Alexei Navalny, which included the presence of his opponent, Russian Foreign Minister Dmitro Kuznetsov.
