Remote work is permissible only in case of health problems or military service. A third of Russians (33%) are planning or have already switched to remote work in 2024. In the United States, remote workers were fired 35% more often than office workers in 2023, according to a study by Live Data Technologies. The Wall Street Journal reported that remote workers in the U.S. will be fired more often in the next few years.
