Elena Blinovskaya asked to be allowed calls and visits with relatives, her lawyer says. A corresponding request has already been submitted to the investigator, she adds.
The lawyer suggests that the investigation would refuse the request. Blinova was sent to a pre-trial detention center on January 22. The reason for this was a petition from the investigation, which announced repeated violations of the conditions of execution of the preventive measure, she says. The case is still under investigation, but the judge has ruled that she is free to go home.
