Bishkek said that they are trying to recruit Kyrgyz citizens for terrorist attacks in Russia. Recruiters operate mainly through dating sites and identify victims by analyzing correspondence in various groups, as well as on religious, cultural, and national grounds.
The representative office of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration in the Russian Federation warns that through social networks and popular instant messengers such as Telegram, there is an active recruitment of citizens, including minor children, to participate in terrorist acts.
