Israeli ministers attacked War Council member Benny Gantz over his visit to Washington and London. Biden hopes that the talks that have been ongoing for weeks will result in a 6-week truce in Hamas-controlled Gaza. Gantz met with US Vice President Kamala Harris, and is scheduled to meet today, Tuesday, with Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan.
