The police in Umeå caught a bicycle thief in the act – twice. The first time the police found the suspected thief was at 9 o'clock on Sunday morning in the Sandbacka district.
A report of theft is made but the man is not arrested. Two hours later, at 11.30am, the police are contacted again about a man moving around bicycles, he is also reported to have moved a bicycle. Unlike the first occasion, the man was arrested this time.
