In Rennes for example, in the Blosne district, there are around ten deal points among the 17,000 inhabitants who can't take it anymore. It is one of the most profitable sectors in Brittany for drug traffickers.
“We sometimes find account books with 16,000 euros per day for a single dealer! We find ourselves with individuals armed with Kalashnikovs. It cuts a body in two, in bursts,” says a police officer in the Brittany GP Ouvrière Unit.
