Berlin Greens have to give up a mandate in the Bundestag; co-state chairwoman Nina Stahr is affected. The party was even able to slightly improve its result in the partial by-election in Berlin in percentage terms.
A mandate from the SPD and one from the Left are also moving from Berlin to other federal states, the FDP even has to giving up a seat entirely. This is due to the low participation in the repeat election in some Berlin electoral districts.
