Belgorod authorities allowed the operation of the shopping center subject to a number of requirements. In February it became known that the owners of 400 shopping centers in the Belgorod region had established a warning system in case of missile danger.
As conditions for the work of a shopping center, Vyacheslav Gladkov named the provision of the building with brickwork, film, as well as training of personnel in providing first aid. He wrote about this in a message on his official Facebook page.
