Anger, sadness, anxiety, and fear are some of the feelings that we experience from time to time. It may be normal in childhood for young people to be unable to control their emotions.

The first step to controlling emotions is the ability to identify them. Deep breathing stimulates activation of the sympathetic nervous system and helps calm emotions. If you are in harmony with your feelings, you can automatically make better decisions, create better relationships, and be able to deal with and communicate with those around you in peace.
