American director James Cameron announced his intention to prepare for the sixth and seventh parts of the "Avatar" series. Cameron indicated that he might seek the help of other directors during them.
Cameron had finished the fifth part of the series, of which only two parts were shown. The third part is expected to be shown next year, 2025, while the fourth part will be shown in 2029. The first part of “Avatar” grossed $2.923 billion at the box office, co-starring Zoe Saldana.
