National day of mourning in Russia this Sunday March 24 after the attack which claimed the lives of 133 people in a Moscow concert hall on Friday. The Kremlin announced the arrest of 11 people, including four terrorists involved in the attack.
Vladimir Putin promised to “ punish ” those responsible for the attack in a speech on Saturday. The Russian president pointed to the fact that the attackers had been arrested on their way to Ukraine but did not mention the claim of the Islamic State jihadist group.
