Terrorist attack that took place this Friday at a concert hall near Moscow has already left at least 60 dead and more than 100 injured, according to the latest casualty count. The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the attack and it has been learned that the embassies of the United States and the United Kingdom had already warned of the possibility of a terrorist attack of this type taking place in Moscow.
The Kremlin announced after 9:00 a.m. that it had arrested 11 people after the attack in Moscow, four of them suspected assailants.
