A symposium on democratic supervision of Yangtze River ecological and environmental protection by central committees of democratic parties and non-party persons was held in Beijing on April 8. Wang Huning, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, attended and delivered a speech.

He said that it is necessary to thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping’s Thought on Ecological Civilization and the spirit of the National Ecological Environmental Protection Conference. All relevant parties must increase the results of democratic supervision.
