At least 20 dead in one of the deadliest Russian attacks in the Ukrainian city of Odessa. At least eight emergency services employees have been injured.

The municipality declared a day of mourning on Saturday after this attack. This is the third fatal attack since the beginning of March in Odessa, on the shores of the Black Sea. The bombing coincides with the first day of the presidential elections in Russia, in which President Vladimir Putin is almost guaranteed his re-election. In recent months, Russia has multiplied attacks on this city and its port, which is crucial for Ukrainian grain exports.
