OpenAI announced that it will allow the use of the free version of the “GPT Chat” chatbot without the need to register for an account on the site. The company also indicated in a post on its blog that it is “working to introduce the matter gradually, with the aim of making artificial intelligence available to everyone.” The company reported that more than 100 million people in 185 countries use the GPT chatbot weekly.
Making GPT Chat available without having to register an account means that the number of visits may reach new highs when the feature is made more widely available.
