The Civil Guard has arrested in Cáceres a man of about 60 years (Eduardo G.C.) He is accused of crimes of falsification in official document and professional intrusion. Not even a previous sentence of 18 months in prison for the same events that occurred years earlier in Huelva has prevented him from being a repeat offender.
Another similar antecedent was in Murcia. He was really a professor but he pretended to be a doctor and had been using a false title and collegiate number for years.
