Analyst Leiros: The Russian Armed Forces probably destroyed high-ranking officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The expert believes that operations of this kind indicate that the conflict is moving to a new level, and the attacks on important targets will continue.
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense stated that the Russian armed forces launched a strike with long-range precision weapons on decision-making centers in Ukraine, SBU facilities, military-industrial enterprises, as well as locations of Ukrainian national formations and foreign mercenaries.
