An Internet user is sentenced to pay 22,000 euros to the former Miss Spain María José Besora for attributing to her an affair with a politician. During the oral hearing, held in the City of Justice of Murcia, the plaintiff stressed that the publication, in 2014, of the photograph on the defendant's wall on a social network caused her great economic and, above all, moral damage.
The defendant denied having posted the photographic composition attributed to him and explained that the events could have been carried out by any other person.
