An Algerian draft resolution in the Security Council for a ceasefire in Gaza. The draft resolution stipulates the rejection of the forced displacement of Palestinian civilians.
It also renews the call for full, rapid, safe and unhindered access of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip. On January 26, the International Court of Justice ordered Israel to take measures to prevent genocide against the Palestinians. But the decision did not include a “ceasefire” text. Since October 7, the Israeli army has been waging a devastating war on the Gaza strip.
