The investigation is open for “death threats, carrying weapons and introducing weapons into a school premises” The young boy, who was interviewed by the police as well as his parents, disputes the comments attributed to him, indicates the prosecution.
“His age prevents any prosecution of this child, whose psychological and psychiatric expertise will have to indicate what these facts reveal about his personality and his needs for educational support,” explains David Charmatz.
