Amnesty International: At least 507 Palestinians were killed in the West Bank in 2023, including at least 81 children. At least 3 cases of unlawful killing occurred in October and one in November, according to the group.
The group found that Israeli forces obstructed the provision of medical assistance to people with life-threatening injuries, and killed those who tried to help them. It also found that Israel used excessive force in some of the incidents, including shooting people in the head and stabbing them in the back.
