On Thursday, Al Jazeera Theater in the Qatari capital, Doha, hosted a seminar and solidarity stand on the occasion of the one-year anniversary of the assassination of the martyr colleague Shireen Abu Akleh by the Israeli occupation forces. The two events were attended by a large gathering of Al Jazeera Media Network journalists and employees, and were joined by her colleagues in the Ramallah office in Palestine, through a window from Ramallah.
Al Jazeera's acting director general, Dr. Mustafa Souag, said that "operations" against Al Jazeera journalists, no matter how diverse, will not deter it from its professional work.
