Aid flotilla to reach Gaza beach on Easter Monday. One freighter, two tugboats: an aid convoy set off from Cyprus for Gaza.

One of the boats pulls a platform behind it so that the delivery can be handed over to the pier. The Gaza Strip does not have a port that can accommodate larger ships and its coastal waters are shallow. It is the second aid delivery by sea from Cyprus. Around two weeks ago, the smuggler ‘Open Arms’ brought around 200 tons of material and food into the Gaza Strip on this route.
