The World Health Organization warns of a "significant biological hazard" in Khartoum. The WHO has documented 14 attacks on the health sector since April 15.

At least five aid workers have been killed in the fighting, according to the WHO. The UN International Organization for Migration (IOM) has suspended its activities in the country due to the fighting. The IOM says it has been forced to scale back some of its activities due to heavy fighting in the region. The fighting has killed at least 459 people and injured 4072, the WHO says.
