After 40 years of polar exploration, my country’s fifth Antarctic research station Qinling Station was completed. General Secretary Xi Jinping sent a letter to express warm congratulations.

The Chinese people's footsteps of self-reliance have penetrated from the edge of Antarctica to the interior, and scope of activities have continued to expand. The Great Wall Station, Zhongshan Station, Kunlun Station and Taishan Station are located on King George Island, the Rathman Hills, and the Antarctic inland area. Qinling station is located in the Ross Sea in the vastly different geographical differences.
