The government has decided to provide additional support by increasing the state subsidy rate for disaster-affected local governments constructing public housing. In areas that meet the standards, when local governments construct disaster public housing, the number of people eligible for subsidies will increase from 30% to 50%.
Special measures have been applied to make it easier for small and medium-sized enterprises to receive guarantees when procuring funds. The ordinance adding new support is expected to come into effect on the 15th of this month. The number of homes that suffered major damage, including complete destruction, exceeded the standard.
