A Vigo court sets a pension of 40 euros for a pet after a divorce. The Provincial Court of Pontevedra has recently ratified a ruling issued by the Court of First Instance number 15 of Vigo.
The original sentence dates back to February of last year, although it was confirmed at the end of 2023. An appeal filed by the woman in relation to the shared custody regime of the couple's children, as well as the use of a vehicle. The Court rejected the appeal and confirmed the initial judicial decision.
