A man suspected of rape and attempted murder of a 31-year-old pregnant woman was taken into custody in Astrakhan. According to investigators, the suspect and the victim were in an apartment on the fifth floor of one of the buildings on Tatishcheva Street.
The man tried to escape, but was detained by law enforcement officers. Earlier it was reported about a citizen of Uzbekistan who was arrested in the Amur region in the case of rape of a 14- year-old girl.
