A Sudanese intelligence leader told Al Jazeera: We transported bin Laden to Afghanistan on a presidential plane. He added that they requested permission to land in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, but the plane continued its journey and landed in the city of Jalalabad in northern Afghanistan.
