A shooting at a Moscow concert hall left 40 people dead and more than 100 injured. Witnesses said that people wearing camouflage uniforms rushed into the "Saffron City Hall" and at least three of them opened fire with automatic weapons.

They then threw grenades or Molotov cocktails, causing fires and trapping many people inside the building. The Russian Foreign Ministry called the shooting and bombing a "bloody terrorist attack" Russia's Federal Security Service said law enforcement agencies are taking all necessary measures. In addition, Moscow airports have raised security alert levels.
