A second suspect was detained in the beating of a teenager in Tyumen because of a hat. One of the attackers denies his guilt and threatens the student’s parents with a counter-statement.
Earlier it was reported that on February 5, unknown men attacked a 16-year-old teenager, his girlfriend and a friend in the entrance. Local online groups wrote that the attackers came out of a pub next door and thought the schoolboy had an army star on his hat. The victim decided not to wear a hat with a star after the incident.
