A Russian drone attack kills 4 people in Kharkiv and leads to a power outage. Ukrainian officials said that Russia launched a drone attack on the city of Kharksiv, killing 4 people and cutting off electricity to about 350,000 residents.
Governor Oleh Sinyhopov said that 3 rescue workers were killed in a Russian strike after they arrived at a residential building that had been subjected to a previous attack. 12 people were injured; 3 of them are in critical condition, the governor said.
