Orsk resident Vladislav spent the whole night transporting residents of flooded areas in his car. Some people didn't have enough space on the bus, others don't have a car.
The man made seven or eight flights during the night. He slept for a couple of hours and went to work in the morning. He noted that people tried to thank him with money, but he did not take it. “The problem is common, the city is the same for everyone. If we don’t help each other, we will all die out,’ he said.
