A Mossos d'Esquadra candidate arrested for an alleged sexual assault on a classmate. The applicant and his partner were taking the basic course at the Police School of the Public Security Institute of Catalonia.
After his arrest, the General Directorate of Police has opened a disciplinary file against him for which he is suspended as a precautionary measure. He will not be able to rejoin the basic police course and will be suspended from the force for the rest of his career. The application was made by the applicant's partner, who is a local police officer.
