A court in Moscow arrested in absentia the author of a publication in the DOXA Magazine. Maria Menshikova, for public calls for terrorism, reports the press service of the capital’s courts of general jurisdiction.
The defendant in the case was prosecuted under Part 2 of Art. 205.2 of the Criminal Code of Russia. The Gagarinsky District Court of Moscow chose a preventive measure in the form of detention for a period of 2 months from the moment of her extradition or deportation.
