[HIGHLIGHTS] A major general from Taiwan’s security department was exposed forcibly kissing a woman in the street. He was the director of Lai Qingde’s security office.

Major General Xie Jinghua of Taiwan's Security Department's Special Service Center squatted on the street and forcibly kissed a female friend. It is reported that the major general was the director of Lai Qingde's security office.

The woman in the video was not a member of the Taiwan security department or the special service center on that day. Taiwan's security department has not yet stated his marital status, but Hsieh Jinghua’s wife attended his promotion ceremony in 2020 and is rumored to be from Tainan.
