A birthday party was being held nearby in a restaurant, to which many of the invitees were late. The impact occurred at the moment when latecomers were approaching the restaurant, some of them were damaged by shrapnel.
February 4 has been declared a day of mourning for the victims of the shelling of Lisichansk by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. According to the latest data, 28 people were killed in the attack, including one child. A pregnant woman died. Many friends are now in the hospital, said a local resident.
