A Spanish citizen residing in Switzerland, Carlos Koplowitz, has filed a lawsuit with the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg to ask that he be granted the inheritance of the businessman who died in 1962. The plaintiff's lawyer, the Sevillian Fernando Osuna, has informed EFE that his client was declared a son by comparing his DNA with that of his father's body.

The relationship between the parents of his client took place between Caracas, New York and in Miami for three years.
