Francisco Javier Avellaneda has registered as a woman and claims rights over her son. He has been trying for more than eight years to recover his 15-year-old son.
His ex-wife was imprisoned for child abduction after a long judicial process. "I have always felt like a woman, I have been more of a mother than a father and now I am a woman." has stated. "If the judges violate the rights of a trans woman I will have to report them for a hate crime," she warned.
