A Dutch court rules to stop the export of F-35 aircraft parts to Israel. Human rights organizations submitted a request to the court, stressing that providing Israel with these parts contributes to violations of international law in its war on the Gaza Strip.

The case concerns spare parts owned by the United States, which are stored in the Netherlands, before being sent to partner countries, including Israel, under export agreements. The Netherlands hosts one of several regional warehouses for spare parts for US-owned F- 35 aircraft. At least one shipment has been sent to Israel since the October 7 attacks.
